I've been meaning to pick this game up for months now but I keep forgetting and it doesn't have online game play so I'm worried I will only play it once or twice, but everyone keeps saying how great it is so I keep going back to it.

I tried the Demo, and It was alright. Good atmosphere, lots of fun stuff to do. I think it really caught the essence of playing as Batman, and you really need to think over all your moves, and such.
But It's pretty far from the best game I've ever played on the Xbox. Best game so far Is Alan Wake in my opinion.

Whilst not the best game on the Xbox, it certainly is one to them. The story mode is intriguing and offers tonnes of replay value hunting down the clues and the challeneges.
Some of the boss fights seemed a little cheap (with the Titan's and Bane all being taken out the same way), but I thoroughly enjoyed the many hours I put into it last year.

oh the part were i had to go through the room with all the crazy people i was trippin out lol it was sad im like i know these guys are gonna be released and come outta fricken NO WHERE and im gonna pee my pants. and ya it TOTALLY HAPPENED...
geez... but in that same level when you see the hologram of the warden i was in detective mode so i didn't get the shock i was initually supposed to get lol but it was still creepy

The game certainly is in the list of the successful games on Xbox 360. Everyone who loves Batman / Crime fighting / superheroes, this game is a must buy. Though, one thing I really saw as progress in this franchise placed on a game...that the game was real-like with the big cartoonish cherry on top. It had them both with a really good balance. Game had amazing voice acting and the controlling was pleasant with the enjoyable graphic world. And what comes to the insanity part...they actually got it pretty good! I've met and seen several dangerously insane people, and they really are in those shirts for a reason. One thing that caught my attention as a minus...a big minus IMO, that the game was a bit too easy. What I mean is, that the game didn't make you to think on your own enough. It pretty much guided you through the whole game. When I play a game, I always set the difficulty to the hardest. The games last longer and you learn all the tricks and traps the hard way. And even I did that on this game...it wasn't much of a challenge. Non the less, a very enjoyable experience and can't wait for the 2nd part to come. I just hope they don't rush it and they add a bit more of that challenge spice =P o ya and did scarecrow and baine really die cuz no one else does! There are few alternative endings that will answer your question one way or another. At the ending, when Batman flies away with his batplane or what ever...there is a box, containing that weird liquid.... I'm not sure how but Scarecrow / Killer Crock / Bane ' S, hand reaches towards that box from underwater. So...at the 2nd game, there will be most likely all of them or just one of them.

Especially the alcoholics. Those guys in particular like to see shit that's not really there.

'Round here some of them crazies even roam freely. On the trains, streets, busses, and such. It can be a spooky encounter.
Anyways, lets all get back on topic.

i wonder what the characters will be like. do you think they will stick to the movie type/cartoon show type characters (because 20th century fox was involved with batman arkam) do you think mr freeze will look like the one arnald played, do you think that catwoman and penguin will look like the ones in the movie?
i hope you get to see the riddler now he was definently my favorite (because i love jim carry mostly) and because he is so crazy
