Why are they saying Scooby doo is one show thats long running like the Simpsons! I think thats stupid of them because Scooby doo has to many different shows that means its not a long running single show.

Dude, first of all, when you say Guinness book of world records is stupid, you could've been more specific, and you can't doubt the fact the Scooby doo has been showing ever since the like, 70's, Simpsons showed much later, and no, its not diffrent shows, there's only three scooby doo branches, Scoooby doo the original, Scooby doo as a puppy, and the movies, the y just change the heading of the original one to fit it in better, making it what's new scooby doo? instead of leaving it scooby doo, and anyways, Guinness chooses the top of the line, since record books need to have the best of the best, because of how much they could screw up, from research while posting this, Simspsons started in 1989, only about 17 years from now, while Scooby doo has started 1969, 37 years from now, look at that time diffrence, 20 years, no way could simpsons beat that! Next time, actually research the topic before ranting on it.

Yauta99 - the threads are not here just for random spoutings of your mind. If your going to make a new thread please make it an interesting and valid topic, and like V V says, research.
Anyway, Star Wars has changed since 1977, but is that classed as different? No, because it's still Star Wars. Just like Scooby Doo is still Scooby Doo nearly 40 years on, it certainly deserves to be in the Guiness Book of Records for the length of time it's been running, Hell. I watched the original series as a toddler.

It was junked,however, right off the sleet. |
