It's like....why do London policemen still need horses? At least sitting on a steed is more of a joyride than the tank. And since i mentioned it....JOYRIDE!!!! So much Kaleeshness here ^_^ I am no fan of Star Wars either....I just like Anakin and his lightsaber and nothing more.....or maybe just a little more....oh well. Maybe the tank was left behind on their planet and they just took it Mas....you underestimated yourself...watch me draw a car...*sketch! sketch! sketch!* Taa daa! er......what the hell did I come up with?? Yet again.....you impressed all of us...and I can't say critics on this...seeing that I'm not such a good 'doodler' as you

Critique Corner: Again, forgive me as I know nothing about StarWars and don't really care for the craze. If the Kallesh are able to make Tanks, why do they still ride cavalry? If you were at war, you'd use everything you had, includeing cavalry. And although weaker than tanks, cavalry have several advantages, they're quieter, and more manoverable. Imagin a rider, rideing quietly through a village, between houses/huts, through narrow streets... now imagin a tank trying to do the same

Isn't Star Wars set like, 5000 years in the future? And these guys are still riding horses? Though I do see your point, Random.

Technically, any point in time could be considered "past" or "future". It's just depending on your point of view. After all, Star Wars did take place "a long time ago..." ****************** You know what? Half of the time I was thinking why bother drawing Kaleesh when eventually they are going to be revealed what they truly look like under the mask by a legit source? That's a lot to think about, let me tell you. On one hand, the mystery is revealed. On the other hand, all other concept art related to such will be shot... Most likely mine. But I digress. Whether or not there were any Kaleesh representatives in the Senate is irrelevant. You can put this as high fashion or whatever your mind wants; I just draw the pretty pictures. Mas : Stylish headdresses and skarfs. I've never seen any Kaleesh dressed up that well

If you had enough tanks why not just bomb the whole village?

A kaleesh sheperd looking over her flock of buckskins - the grazing animals - while her ollabac mount in the back is searching for nuts or roots. The Tatooine anooba was one of the few creatures added to Kalee's fauna back when Kalee was an active interplanetary trader. They now mostly serve as pets or guard animals. Yeah, there doesn't seem to be enough Kaleesh art...

I love it, you've got the background and foreground at a good depth so that everything's easy to see. I'm just curious, I noticed that the Shepard and one of the Buckskins are both looking at something...

Colonel, consider this a friendship token. Thanks for being such a good friend to General and myself, and keeping Ol' Gutsack out of trouble! ^ This is the original one done is oil pastels, not the best quality kind, mind you, but I haven't the pockets deep enough for the expensive ones. ^ An 'oily' version done while messing around with my scanner's special effects program. To tell you the truth, I kinda like this one better.

I love them Mas, they're different to the rest of your art in this thread, unique and satisfying to look at... The only thing I can see wrong with them is that Korenne is a bit blurred, I don't knwo if that was the scanning process or the actual picture. Love them anyway, good job .

Oil paintings are meant to be blurry in such a way...I think ^^; Personally, I like the first one, without the scanner's effect. THe only noticable thing I see is his mask and cap. I'm not too sure what's he holding there, but that's all about art I guess ^^. It seems special in a way And I can say....oil painting is a 'messy' job Great job on Kroenen

I know, I should have invested on some quality oil pastels instead of these cheap ones. Oh well, I'll just steal - er, BORROW, yes, borrow some from the art room. Augh, if I ever buy another cheap set, someone please shoot me...
Kroenen, put that Luger down!

LOL or maybe they should get better oil pastels for others to 'borrow' as you say Oh so that's a luger he's holding... Or is it a name of a weapon? Come to think of it, it kinda look like those knife he has strapped on his arm.
