Anyone else love these epic games? I'm playing "Curse of Darkness" at the moment, and I'm really enjoying how the monsters evolve, but I'm stuck at the time temple thing...
Anywho... Castlevania games, love 'em, hate 'em? Favorite character? Favorite game?

Castlevania games, love 'em, hate 'em? Favorite character? Favorite game? I LOVE these games. I have that game too Shag, I could probably help you if need it, to get past that. I'm very fond of Curse of Darkness myself. It's a refreshing change to the whip stuff. Though, I have to admit, Trevor Belmont strikes me a bit on the crazies side.

It's a bitch. I needed that spear lookin' thing too. I must say though, I prefer the second form to the evolved version. It just looks cool, being all crazy and stuff.

The last form looks like Isaac's Winged Demon. You know, the one that in the opening movie is flying over your head fighting another just like it? He calls it, "Abel" I believe.

Ah... that one. Why do you prefer the seccond for the the evolved, may I ask? I just wish the devil ID got more types of attacks instead of just that disk thing... You'd think they would.

I prefer the second evolution because (This might be just bias, but I think since they give off "shards/eggs" you'll be able to see this for yourself) it seems to be a bit faster than the last evolution. It moves faster through enemies and stuff. Not to mention he sounds really cool when he's butchering enemies.

oh ok, well I just got the spear, so I'll see soon enough I suppose. I like the Corpsey though, and the gargoyal things in the crow's family dissapointed me. they could have been alot better.

Corpsey is awesome! OH, I recommend you also develop the Mage into Twinkle. She has this one wicked attack (Twinkle is actually a girl Mage, the only female Mage, and she casts stuff with Holy)that takes care of one particular Boss with EASE.

I've have to do that... I got the other side of the mage tree cleared.

That Twinkle Mage is one of my favorites. So is the flying demon, (I forgot what it's called!) I made it into a Red Dragon. Han actually made his into an Ice Dragon, it's pretty awesome. OH, and the Liquid Golem is THE BEST. I swear, I wouldn't have been able to beat Trevor Belmont the second time if I didn't have it.

Yeah... the bird type, starts off as a crow... love the dragon ones, but the other side is sorely lacking. I use pretty much eveyone that I've made so far really. I defeated Belmont for the seccond time a few hours ago, didnt use the liquid golem, dont really like it that much. I dont remember what I used to kill him actually.. I think I used everyone and attacked him while wearing that broach that takes your damage and puts it on your monsters instead. so they took the damage and I just hacked away.

Trevor's a little...err, crazy, I find. Seriously, like he's a lil' too fanatical. He tripped me out the first time!

this game sound s cool where can I get it? You'll find the game in most major retailers where games are sold. It's for the PS2, I think for the Xbox as well. Or you can just look for it online, do a google search of it. Castlevania, Curse of Darkness

So if I read correctly you can get dragons on this game?

Yeah, there are two small dragons you can get as a "pet" of sorts, called an Innocent Devil, or "ID". Now the dragon is not the point of the game, the point is to kill dracula, which you do at the end most likely... or save everyone from some curse or another something to that effect....
