Whooo - what a trip! Costa Rica is an amazing place and we did so much...visited the Arenal volcano...swam in the ocean...went horseback riding...shopped...visited a coffee plantation...hiked in the jungle...saw exotic animals...my head is still spinning from it all...but it's great to be back and on here with all you guys n gals again *giant hugs to everyone* Now I must get caught up on my message reading...talk to you all soon

How was the weather? Being it's December now, I'd think there might of been some mild weather. Costa Rica is in Mexico, right? Or is it an island off Florida...? I easily forget XD

Thanks S2, it was the best trip I've ever been on *smiles and sighs* I kept a journal every day and took about 700 pics, lol.
The weather was very cooperative...only a tiny bit of rain. The temperature is pretty much always the same in Costa Rica, it just changes with the altitude. In the La Fortuna area it was around 25 - 30c, which was nice and comfortable. Samara beach, right at sea level got up to 40c one day (ugh run for the air conditioner). Monteverde which is a cloud forest was cooler, about 15 - 20c. Very diverse and interesting place. It's in Central America between Nicaragua and Panama...skinny little country that reminds me so of an Island but it's not.

OMG Lex I am outraged…. You didn’t bring me back anything *weeps* Oh well hope you had a good trip and are very very VERY tanned. Was there lots of mozzies in the jungle? *pulls out the bug sprat and starts chasing people around the room*
