i like the March of the Death Eaters - the biggest weakness in the movie is that Michael Gambon (Dumbledore) and Ralph Fiennes (Voldemort) seriously can not play their characters properly - the only ones who can are those who play harry, ron and hermione, but the 2 best characters and most accurate actors IMOP has to be Alan Rickman (snape) and Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy)

SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS I watched it not too long ago and I'm sort of mixed opinion. I think as far as a movie goes, considering the time restrictions they had it was pretty good. But as far as a book-to-movie thing goes, it was fairly sad. They cut Dobby, Winky, Narcissa Malfoy, Bellatrix Lestrange, and Mrs. Weasley out of the movie completely. They also took out the spider and sphinx from the maze, only had a one minute part for Sirius and took out the quiditch match. It's kind of funny how they did it, they had this grand introduction into the match but then they just skipped everything. First there's fireworks and flying around, next second it's "Boy that sure was a good match!" The whole thing felt completely rushed from beginning to end. At first I figured they were only rushing it in the beginning to make sure the good parts were done right, but then I find out they even removed some of the good stuff. They could have added another hour onto it and it would have been so much better for it. 2.5 hours for something this big isn't enough. Although, I definitely liked Brendan Gleeson as Mad-Eye Moody. He's one of my favorite actors though so that may not count. And Alan Rickman as always played a great Snape although he didn't play much of a part in the story. I didn't mind Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort, but I did not like Timothy Spall as Wormtail. That scene where he ressurects Voldemort is so annoying. He just CUT off his HAND, and acted as though nothing happened - if I remember right Wormtail in the book was screaming. I agree with Halflife about the Dumbledore thing, that guy is just annoying - wish they had replaced him with someone else.

I have to agree with your opinion. though I do have to say that I did enjoy the darker mood of the movie.

I agree with Kaenil. Could not have said it better myself. And does anyone read the sig size rule besides me?
