I work out too. Its a real stress reliever during school time. well any ways I usually warm up with a walk for 10 mins and them hike it up to a jog for 10 min and then a run for another 10 min. I then use the bicycle for 20 mins and then use the stairmaster for 10 min. after my cardio workout I do some crunches and some legpresses for a short while and then ya nada none zero I take a very long break and hit the showers and go home. Then late in the afternoon I go out for another jog.

Cool guys. Gooooooo Lexa and Kuroi (and the endophrins) My martial art is Unified Tae Kwon Do, and free sparring your instructor that's over six foot tall is plenty good workout there. I'm either building muscle (to look good, and strength ie football) or losing it for weight loss. (to make my run times faster) My personal fav. is working out and building my upper body (ie preacher curls, dips, pullups, tricep extensions, bench press, incline, rows and push downs) My current PFT is around a 280 with ---Pullups: 20 ---Crunches in 2 mintues: 100 ---3 mile (4800meter) run: 20:51 min. SEMPER FIT, OOH-RAH

OHHH, I got a tale to tell you about swimming. When I was a the Naval Academy Summer Seminar, one part of the Sea Trials was swimming in their olympic sized pool. The room where the pool was located had NO air conditioning ....a yautja would have loved it in there. ;D The pool was split into 4 stations, and when going between each station you duck walked everywhere. And when you got there you did pushups/squats/flutterkicks/etc. Station 1. You tread water for about 20-30 min in 20 feet deep water while with your platoon trying to construct a structure made out of PVC pipeing. Afterwards you do pool pushups (Status of me: Tired and winded, but still chuggin strong) Station 2. At the bottom of the pool were five 45lbs plates, you had to swim down and touch each one. (The pool was deep, i had to go back to the top after eaech one) (Status of me: I lucked out and we changed stations quick, so i got a bit of rest) Station 3. The race station, i was the jackass that fortunately went first, simply swim down there and back. Going there was easy, but going back was hell. I was DEAD tired by then. (Status of me: Winded as hell, trying to catch breath) Station 4. By this time you are already dead tired; winded, and fatigued. But now you do relay pushups, and the person in the pool has to swim down and back..while corkscrewing back. (status of me: DEAD TIRED, By this time my body was so hot i could feel it in the water. I was begging for cool air or some cool water to splash on me...) After all that, a SEAL led us in pushups afterwards. ( I doubt ANYBODY did them right, at least 70% of people were worn out dead tired.) ***But don't let this discourage you Kuroi, this was SUPPOSED to be hard...thats why they call it the Sea Trials***
