What game(s) is everyone playing at the moment?
I'm screwing around in Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, and I highly recommend that, especially for 80's and 90's sci fi fans. Also working on a lot of stuff in Minecraft with another forum.
And finally i just bought an indie game called Guns of Icarus that i hope to get very into soon.

I replayed The Witcher after not having played it for so long that I forgot everything about anything in it, and subsequently had my mind blown.
Standing by on the installation for The Witcher 2 now.

Metro Last Light. Pretty decent. It's set in the Moscow metro system after nuclear war. I like how Metro utility staff etc, go from being nothing to the most valued people in the Metro. A huge ideological shift.

I can easily say this has been my digital crack, next to studying for CCNP Path of ExileIt's essentially Diablo 2.5 (or Diablo 3 minus the bullshit). The best feature is...its completely free (unless you want extra's , like I paid a couple of $$ for extra stash slots).

I'm going through Borderlands 2.
Also, the Steam Summer Sale is on, so get your wallets out and game on.

Alan Wake.
I've thought of getting this for many times but only now decided to catch it (and the American Nightmare) in the sales. The beginning is quite promising.

Alan Wake is a phenomenal game, it was the first one i bought as the collectors edition, and i don't regret it. One of my all time favorites. Nightmare Is very very good to. It really raised the bar for "Arcade" titles. You won't be disappointed if you enjoy story telling in games.

Though, if you do happen to love the game as many of It's fans do, there won't be a sequel until 2015-16 at the earliest. Also, i made a review for the first game a while back, if you're interested. *does some voodoo and reanimates this thread*
Yeah I know this thread is old... just trying to be a bit more active from time to time I guess. XD So anyway, back on topic, recently I've been playing Ragnarok online 2: Advent of the Valkyrie. The game is bugged as hell but i still quite enjoy playing if for some reason. Its free to play so heck yeah I'll play. XD Its an MMORPG and I mostly play as a Rogue or a Ranger. I usually go by the handles of "kuroikappa" or "TenguKuromaru". If you play too and see me running around don't hesitate to say hi. I won't bite ya. XD

Anyways, I was so close to playing that game, but then i found out that it had just about nothing to do with Norse Mythology. Sadness ensued.

You're right on that... the most of Norse mythology on that game is the use of Odin and Freyja on the story and thats about it.

true.... XD Its still fun regardless. I still haven't finished the whole main story on the game so I can't really say if there will be any more Norse connections or not but if i do find more of 'em I'll let ya know. ^_^
by any chance, do you know anything on Maple Story? I'm a bit curious on that game but I really can't do torrent downloads to get the game file.

I'm replaying Legend of Zelda, Twilight Princess. And as always, the Sims 2.
I have not walked into the electronics section of any store and seen Skyward Sword in months. The copies have all disappeared. I can still find Twilight Princess used, and sometimes new. It is mind boggling that the new game is off shelves and the old game is still there.
Also, I bought a heavily discounted WII version of Sims 3 and wished I hadn't. It's just so awful. All the things I actually want to do with my sims are unavailable, and it's glitchier than anything I've played in a quarter if a century. I am pretty annoyed. Evidently the PC version is still good, though.

Battlefield 4 lately (its alright).
Some neat features, but it's essentially Battlefield 3.5
This was after the guy next door traded me for Farcry 3 and Red Dead Redemption. Cranked both of those out, got back into Path of Exile, had to power-level and respec a build or two.

Red Dead Revolver. It's been a while since I played/watched anything western themed, so I'm having a lot of fun. And the soundtrack is just awesome.
