(An early Christmas present for you Rath ) So the question or rather questions are: Who is your favourite playable character (Altair, Ezio, Ratonhnhake ton or Desmond) and why? What is your favourite AC game? (AC, AC2, Brotherhood, Revelations or AC3) Who is your favourite NPC and why? What was your favourite time period to play in? Enjoy

(An early Christmas present for you Rath ) Awwwww ya shouldn't have. To be honest, I never played the first game, so Altaïr can't be it. I just don't have enough experience playing him to claim him as my favorite. For the moment, It's Ezio. Pretty awesome character that we got to follow for most of his life. But Connor has some sides to him I really enjoy, but I feel like the developers weren't feeling confident enough with him to give him the same emotional developments, and scenes, as Ezio so It's hard to tell at this point. 2 probably. It was the first i played, and I enjoyed it immensely. Brotherhood was kinda "meh" for me. It just felt like a more polished AC2 with some cool new features. Same with Revelations, but I did thoroughly enjoy Desmonds sections through the Animus. They were very well done, and creative. 3 Is also crawling Its way to the top though. The naval missions were absolutely fantastic, and the new engine is wonderful. Honestly, no idea. The Revolution by necessity. After 3 games in the Renaissance I just needed the new setting.

I agree that Ezio does get more depth to him than Connor which I did want them to put more into 3's story. Altair does have a significant depth to his character especially with the finishing of his story in revelations although to be fair Altair is a dick at the start of AC he has little amount of honour and disregards the Creed. I think I'm torn between Ezio and Connor at the moment probably more towards Connor having played as him most recently and he fights for an honourable cause and the throwing dart thing enabling you to hang people makes me thing of Predator when I use it but sadly he lacks the emotional depth of Ezio who we've seen from birth to death and are familiar with him more than the other playable characters yet I think I may have to go with Connor. As far as Desmond goes I was sort of disappointed with his choice at the end of 3 and his missions I don't find as enjoyable as the ancestors. 2 was a great game and still is I also found the dlc missions good fun as I got the Game of the Year version being the first AC I played I did find it fantastic. AC was good but overly repetitive you just turned up at a city met a contact killed a guy reported to Al Mualim then repeated the cycle so it kind of got boring after a time. Brotherhood I hated the story was good but I preferred 2's, multiplayer was ok but didn't keep my interest for that long and I was gutted at how little of the city there was, too much countryside and the Vatican took a large majority of the city (plus I accidentally killed Machiavelli with the apple but it was his own fault) and as I love the history of Rome I was a little disappointed with it. Revelations I actually enjoyed as much as 2 and 3 I just liked vaulting enemies with the hook blade and I thought the ending of Ezio's journey and Altair's was done very well, the multiplayer I thought was great, little Desmond stuff interrupting the ancestors main story but going back to the hook blade vault using that on an archer/rooftop guard and launching them off the roof was particularly entertaining. I think 3 is my favourite as it has naval battles and gameplay along with hunting oh and we get a rope dart and tomahawk I should of extended that to NPC main characters and pick a few. Agreed I got sick of the renaissance Italy and Constantinople settings and welcomed the change.
