Yeeaah this is in the wrong board. We're gonna move it.
Please don't create threads in the wrong sections, there is a perfectly healthy Off Topic section for stuff like this.
PS: Buy It.

Try the demo, judge it yourself. I thought it was incredible. And Boba Fett's in it, which is reason enough for me to buy it.

I honestly, think its worth it. i wouldn't need a demo to judge it. the graphics speaks for it self. but playing the demo isn't that bad too.

The first one being pretty awesome is reason in its own to buy it I think... If you liked the first game, this one will offer more of the same, with better graphics, more powers, more story and all that whatnot. It's basically just more of the last game. Which most people couldn't get enough of. My copy's in transit right now. Hopefully get it today or tomorrow.
Edit: Got it.
It's in a nice shiny tin case, and came with some weird usb shaped like Starkiller chibbie style.

I thought it was pretty smooth playing. The boss battle are Amazing as well, just don't like how you gotta push buttons to finish them off but again its fun to watch.

Alright, so after playing it for a little while this is what I have to say.
I haven't gotten that much story. But I'm only on the second level.... So can't say much there, game play feels a bit repetitive, but it's smooth and flows. Lots of powers, shit blows up, decapitations and whatnot. Light sabers feel like light sabers. Lots of checkpoints
The bosses? fucking huge
the game's pretty so far.
I wish bodies stayed. And there's a lot going on.
It's fun. But not the best game in the world. If you want to play it, but can wait, I'd say wait a little while, then buy it. Save yourself some money when the price goes down. Otherwise. Have at it.

Double post. Don't give a shit. This needs to be said, and it needs your attention.. Do not buy this game. It's a giant offense to all starwars fans. Okay, so I beat the game. in 6 hours. 6 fucking hours. Not too bad right? No fucking wrong. FUCKING wrong, it's very bad. The game got rid of the glitches that it had in the first game, but was given much much worse issues for this one. It's a 6 hour long game, do you know how many "levels" it has? there are 8 levels. and only 4 "areas" you know how you go through like 6 or 7 different planets on the first game? I'll tell you how many planets you travel through on this one. You start on Kamino, then go to Cato Neimoidia, from there, you go to Degoba for a big ass interactive cut scene, and by "interactive" I mean "go down this hallway, grab a holocron, go down this one, chat with yoda, then watch a video" From there you do a space ship, you're on the Salvation for like 4 "levels" which takes for god awful time. Then from there, you go BACK to Kamino. The whole time, you feel over powered, and by the second or third "level" you can already have maxed out 2 or 3 powers if you wanted. And every "level" is repetitive as hell. It teaches you a new power and then makes you do that fucking power for like THE ENTIRE LEVEL. And do the exact same thing over and over again. In the Salvation, you have to unlock doors, how do you do that? You grab a fuse and shock it with force lightning, then force it into the hole. Door opens, next room, rinse and repeat. Next room? Same thing, next? You get the idea. I can't even explain how bad the game is. It makes me rage... So I'll just give you guy's this review. this like will express my opinions and some others. and do it more eloquently. www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/star-wars-the-force-unleashed-2-review/But in the end. Just don't buy this game. It's a waste of your fucking time and money. it's pretty, and it plays well. But it's short, has no fucking storyline really, and is just bland. as it say's in the review I linked, there are like... 10 fucking enemies. TFU had a few bad guys to fight, but it was more than this crock of shit. [/rant]

I don't want to say what you just did cause I'm not a staff, i just hope you know they'll say something about your second post cause rules of the forum states that your not allowed to double post. Next, its just about the game. I don't play Star war games, much mine are either military based like, Call of Duty games, Operation Flashpoint: dragon rising, Halo games(not military to be exact but Spartans were SpecOp soldiers) then there's only one horror game and thats resident evil 5. Point being said, I'm not really a star wars game fan. sounds to me that playing TFU2 is like playing Resident evil 3: nemesis, you can, levels are like a Mobile phone game, and story line is like a 10 year old came with it. graphic wise, they both look OK, but since you mention about how bad it is, I'm' get a kick out of my co-worker/ friend. lol, i think he got the game on amazon for cheap.

I though it was good. The controls were a lot smoother and they brought back the old moves with the same combination, so you didn't have to learn all new combos to pull off those old tricks from the first game.
Its worth buying. Good ending.

Okay... and? Whats the point of saying this? Aside from just pointedly revealing the dark ending, whats the reason for doing it?

Well there are 2 endings to the game. Both of which are rather crappy, both of them leave too many plot holes, neither of them make any sense to the existing lore.
besides, the ending wouldn't stop them from buying the game. The first level of the game, is awesome. The second level is still pretty awesome, you get an epic sense of scale to the things you're doing, but by the end of the second level things are falling appart fo the game.
