The run was alright, I'm glad i finished when it felt as if my bowls were gonna fail me. ;D Don't ya hate it when that happens...you are in your rythim and then BOOM, you gotta go.

i did air cadets for a bit but i dident like the ppl trying to be my supereor i went on a army course it was kinda extreem but all the guys were being so pathetic ;D

I use cycling my bike for my physical training...and on a good-weather day I cycle over 20 kilometres a day. And aside from that....I walk a lot in my spare time

That's cool Kira, there are plenty of walking and jogging trails where I live. I LOVE doing military type physical training and obstacle courses.

BWAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!! last weekend I biked 18 miles on the centenial trail...all the way from where I live in spokane, to past the north border of Idaho....it was as fun as hell...except for when I went the wrong way....that sucked, i Had to turn around go all the way back to pretty much the starting point, and take the correct path...those idiots need signs on the d@mn trail...but it was still fun

Yeah... I just got a membership to a gym/rehabilitaion center across town called "Optimum Fitness". I could have went to "Beyond Nutrition" but they charge way too much. I miss football...

Football is the only sport Ill play...Im not to big on any other ones. Basketball is ok, but its not on the top of my list, I HATE volleyball, golf, all that kinda crap...
