Heyo, remnants of a golden age.
Short version: self-published an Ebook, give me 3$.
Otherwise, so I've been writing this thing for going on 6 fucking years now because I'm lazy and suck at writing. But it's been done for a while and I kept trying to polish, polish, and fucking polish until I gave up and said fuck it, not going to get any better.
Just got it up on Amazon Kindle, and needed to do some marketing (that is: beg for attention), so here we are
Premise is you've got the world post WW3, courtesy of a virus that makes people hallucinate and go Fight Club loony. Remnants of the US Navy are shored up off Hawaii and send Marines onto the coast to scout it out, have a few beers, and chill in a hot zone.
Story's about a Search and Rescue guy looking for a missing Marine, and shit gets crazy.
So basically it's a wannabe Tom Clancy book with some reeeally weird psychological stuff thrown in. If you like guns and post-apocalyptic wastelands, you might dig it.
Now, no shit, I'm an amateur. It's certainly readable and not complete fan fiction garbage, but when it comes to great writing or characters or shit, I've no idea if it's any good. But still, one can hope.
So if you're looking for a new book in that genre, I'd dance at your wedding if you give it a shot. If you love it, please spread it around and leave a review. If you absolutely hate it, please leave a review anyway and be honest about it.
Terminal InEx, on kindle, by Gleb Gerasimov.

Cheerio, I must now return to my Russian cave.
P.S. : My opinion on that Force Awakens thread? Initial reaction was "WHEEEEEEEE!" Later opinion: "Decent, but meh."
