I wondered what the red triangles were about to the left of the threads I've read are, as well as the titles underneath them mean as well. Is there anyway to change what yours currently is? if someone would please explain it to me i would be very grateful for your assistance.

They indicate forum rank. Also, I've seen your refer to both your avatar and now the rank indicators as "the things to the left of all threads i read". To save some time for both of us, the squared off section with all that information, is your mini profile. It will show up everywhere on the forum, as well as on your profile itself, which you can access using the Menu bar at the top of the forum, just under the banner.
