So this forum, is dead. or getting there in a slow and painful manner. being kept along by the dedicated people here, eg. hannibal, rath, adara and occasionally michael who makes an appearance. There are times I wonder if we should just let it go peacefully. Rather than be the metaphorical man who tries to save someone by covering the severed femorial artery with his coat, not really understanding he's just prolonging the agony of it all. quite like the odd newbies, who pop in here having watched the latest predator movie inbetween the lads choice of Saw 6 and the girls Love Actually, and become awesome fans.
Of course then I would have nowhere to pop to when all else fails, or the occasional decent thread is spewn up. So lets forget all that rubbish, because we all know its never going to really shut down despite the reduced numbers.: D But my friends we have lost track of one of the better parts of this site. the cultural diversity. We do indeed attract a large number of different countries, england, america, and occasionally a country not so deep in financial crisis that the internet isn't charged per each kb. So upon, the re-entering of my person inwhich I do promise to try and appear with more of the regularity to that of my first joining, I have placed down a couple of new threads. Because we all know this place is in need of a little breath of life.
Good to be back, blood.

We're all "guilty" in a way, for letting things slip further into misery, either it's because life as finally caught up with us, or because we are just lying to ourselves into thinking our interest in Predator lore is just as high as when we first joined. So time to time, we try to fuel back the site, not realizing we're out of gas ourselves. Not meaning to say I've necessarily lost interest. Though to be completely honest, I find myself stopping by, solely to respond to people I haven't spoken to in a while, and not because I found the thread's topic particularly interesting. So for me, it's the people I can't part with. On another note, it's nice to see you return, and expose the Forum's gaping wound, by the sheer number of replies to your long absence. You used to be very popular girl, you deserved better, but unfortunately, it seems most of our friends are too far away to hear our voices. Also, I found myself in your "We do indeed attract a large number of different countries" bit, so thanks to your nod to the minority here. ^^ In the end, the only way to save a soldier, is to have another war breakout... (i.e. a new film or media)

Greetings to you again, blood. I extend a warm re-welcoming to you. And to you too, Dario, for it's been quite some time.
Well, I guess The Hunted has finally undergone it's final metamorphosis. No longer do we honk our horns and make our presence constantly known. We have learned from the very creatures we used to idolise. We're all cloaked up, not showing face. Now, like Predators, we lurk. Silent. Invisible. Invincible forever more.
So what's new with everybody? And I extend that question to anybody reading this.

Ah, Michael big buddy! Good to see you've de-cloaked to join us. ;D A lot has been going on, but nothing truly interesting to share, I'm afraid. My life right now can be summed up into two words: work / home. (Damn those night shifts) Occasionally, when I surf the web, 'The Hunted' pops my mind, that's when I decide to momentarily check things out, until I take notice of the date of the last reply that is... By then, I leave, just like a child waiting for Santa Claus that never comes. But no worries, I still love my hunting brethren or course! Glad to see some are still around to pop a response. Man, this place is truly the closest thing you get from a real Predator Den. It's never truly secluded or abandoned, there's always a set of eyes looking down from the shadows. It's truly Haunted! = Hunted, get it? Ah, forget it...

I'm still here fuckers. Well, not really, this is the first time i've popped up in around a month or so. I've been incredibly busy with everything that's been coming up in my life, but I've also been incredibly happy with everything lately. Sure, the forum is slowly dying, but everyone eventually gets too busy with life and all that goes with it. I'm just glad to see there's a few people left here, atleast the ones that made it good in the first place.

I guess we all are guilty of having our normal, away from the internet, lives taking up more of our time. Alas it is the way we have to learn to except. Eventually we all have to lift our heads from the screen and get up and take part in our lives, socialise, eat and work. the latter mainly because we can't afford the internet for the forums if we don't.
Indeed I find that I too only really pop in now to speak to those who used to be here and catch up. I'm actually happy to see even this many reply, its nice to know that even if we're not finding anything of interest to reply to in the rest of the board we are still cruising, silently through the forum as it is. Until such a time that some life is breathed back in with another movie or, dare i say it, the forum expands its main topic.
I'm hoping everyone is well. I will be around. Though as you can see from the off topic section, with probably very few replies. I'm always here to pm though.
