Slash is good. Although i was not much on a lot of the Illusion stuff. he got back to jamming out with Velvet though, and that is a damn good thing!

I LOVE Angus Young, he is the best guitarist ever, and the fact that he can still run about and thrash his head around while playing is really talented, he is awesome!

I love the fact that his equipment setup consisted of Marshall stacks, NOTHING ELSE!! No EQ's, Delays, Reverbs, Sustains, Compressors, Octaves, Pre-amps, Flanges, or anything.

My favorite guitarist right now has to be JOE MOTHER FUCKING WALSH. He is such an amazing guitarist, and I just started REALLY listening to him a couple of months ago. As far as bass players go, the only bassist I truly admire is John Entwistle, as he can play bass lead better than some guitarists can play lead. He is the greatest bassist of all time, imho.

I'd have to say Jeff Loomis of Nevermore is my favorite guitar player to date. And ICS Vortex of Dimmu Borgir my favorite bassist... nothing special about Vortex, I think think he's an awsome dude and funny as crap...
Loomis on the other hand, have you heard the solos of Nevermore?

Ok, update time. For guitarists, man, pretty much every damn guitar player that has played for/with Ozzy. Tony Iommi, Randy Rhoads, Jake E. Lee, Zakk Wylde...Anyway you put it, they are all damn good pickers. Joe Walsh, as before. Jimmy Page, Mr. Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Leslie West, Duane Allman and Dickey Betts, oh man my list can go forever.

If I want to chill, I listen to Carlos Santana or Mauritz Lotz.

Carlos Santana or Slash from Guns n' Roses. His solo in November Rain. Left me a motivational feeling.
